Christine Hughes began her practice in 1987, when she graduated from the Carolina School of Massage Therapy (NC). Her modalities include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point, LooyenWork, Intrinsic Mobilization, Cranio Sacral Therapy, and Hot Stone Massage.
She began seeking an alternative healing method for a family member 30 years ago when conventional methods were proven unsuccessful. Her search led her to try many different forms of massage and bodywork which were met with great success. This sparked an interest in healing for herself from an old automobile injury. This was also met with success.
Christine works with the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of each client. She believes in the body’s ability to heal itself and provides a safe supportive environment.
